WHAT IS STREET WORKOUT?  什麼是街頭健身?

Street Workout is a new found burgeoning street X-Sport, originated in Russia and Eastern Europe. Participants are not limited by their age and gender, varying from youngsters to elderlies who practice fitness and calisthenics trainings. They make use of different facilities to perform freestyle trainings such as Human Flag, Front Lever and Back Lever. These exercises help to build muscle strength as well as to improve body balance.

 

Street Workout combines calisthenics and weight trainings together. Players can train the strength of core muscles and toughness of inner muscles. It helps to improve urban lifestyle diseases such as hunchback, shoulder-neck pains and arthralgia.

街頭健身

街頭健身是一種新興健身運動,由90年代開始於俄羅斯東歐等地區興起。參與者不分男女老幼,多數利用單槓或攀爬架練習各式自組動作,例如Human FlagFront LeverBack Lever等等,既可鍛煉肌力,也能提升平衡力。

街頭健身結合了體操重量訓練,能有效地鍛煉核心肌肉與提升深層肌肉強靭度,從而改善都市人常見的毛病,如「駝背」,肩頸痛、關節痛等問題
